There is a real person on the other side of this address. If a conversion gives you a file you did not expect, or a page misbehaves, writing is the fastest way to get it fixed.

What to include in a bug report
It saves a round trip if you tell us:
- which tool you used (the page address is enough, for example /tool/compress);
- roughly what the file was — a scanned document, a Word file with images, a large PDF;
- what you expected and what you got instead, including any error message you saw.
Please do not attach confidential documents. If the file itself matters, describe it rather than sending it; we can usually reproduce the problem from a description.
Privacy requests
Because the site has no accounts and does not keep your files, there is normally nothing stored about you to access, correct or delete. If you are in the EEA or the UK and want to exercise a right about technical logs or advertising identifiers, write to the same address and say so in the subject. See the privacy policy for what is kept and for how long.
Advertising and business
Enquiries about advertising, partnerships or press are welcome at the same address. We do not sell or hand over user data, and we do not accept sponsored tools that would change what the results of a conversion mean.
Response time
This is a small independent project, not a call centre: expect a reply within a few days. Bug reports about a broken conversion are answered first.
