Privacy
pdflove.it converts documents for you without an account and without keeping your files.
The files you upload
When you run a tool, the file you selected is uploaded to our processing service, converted, and the result is sent straight back to your browser. Working copies are deleted automatically shortly after the conversion finishes. We do not open, read, index, share or sell your documents, and we do not keep a copy of the result once you have downloaded it.
Please do not upload material you are not allowed to process.
What we do not collect
- No account, no e-mail address, no profile.
- No document content used for advertising, profiling or training.
- No selling or sharing of personal data with third parties.
Cookies and technical data
The site sets one short-lived cookie that lets our own pages talk to our processing service; it holds no personal information and disappears when it expires. Our servers keep ordinary technical logs (IP address, timestamp, tool used, result size) so we can keep the service running and stop abuse. IP addresses are also used in memory, for a rolling hour, to apply a fair-use rate limit.
Advertising and third-party vendors
This site is funded by advertising. We use Google AdSense to display it, and Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on this site. This means:
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this site or other sites on the internet.
- Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the internet.
- You can opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings, or opt out of a third-party vendor's use of cookies for personalised advertising at aboutads.info.
For visitors in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, personalised advertising is only served after you give consent through the consent message shown on your first visit; you can change or withdraw that choice at any time by reopening it from the same place. If you do not consent, you will still see advertising, but it will not be personalised using cookies.
Ad delivery and measurement may also involve our advertising partners' own privacy policies, which we do not control. We never pass your documents to an advertiser: the files you convert play no part in advertising.
Your rights
Because we do not build profiles and do not retain your documents, there is normally nothing about you stored to access, correct or erase. If you are in the EEA, the UK or a jurisdiction with similar rules, you may still exercise your rights regarding the technical logs and any advertising identifiers by writing to the address below.
Who is responsible
pdflove.it is an independent project, designed and operated by its author in Italy. That operator is the data controller for the technical data described on this page.
